Campus Crossroads
A meal at Wertz Dining Room is a true restaurant-quality dining experience with many entree choices prepared individually. A diversity of choice, spicy authentic flavors, emphasis on healthy preparation, a comfortable casual atmosphere and knowledgeable hospitable servers are all a part of the Campus Crossroads program.
Classics
The sure-to-be-busy Classics station offers American favorites. It will you of home cooking by offering soul-warming, stick-to-your-ribs cooking with a creative flair. Wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods are located here. At the Classics station you can find a well-rounded traditional meal including meats carved to order, flavored mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
The Grille
The Students' favorite casual dining spot serves delicious steakhouse marinated burgers, grilled cheese and hot dogs fully dressed to individual specifications, as well as a rotation selection of grilled specialties.
International
The International saute station features a rotating selection of authentic international favorites designed and developed especially for this format by chefs hailing from several different countries.
Soup 'n Salad
Soup 'n Salad is abundant and over-flowing with students' favorite salad items offered at their freshest and finest, beautifully presented and easily accessible. It includes our soup showcase offering a selection of homemade soups that are as unique as they are delicious which always complement a bounty of fresh breads. |
Pizzarette
The best pizza made hot and fresh with you favorite toppings served alongside a host of specialty Casserette dishes cooked just for you. Our signature Casserette program presents a new and innovative "Just In Time" cooking concept with delicious casserette meals cooked individually to order and served piping hot.
The Sub & Sandwich Shop
The Sub & Sandwich station combines old-fashioned deli style with a contemporary sandwich innovation, with signature breads and thin-slices deli meats and cheeses to
create a custom sandwich masterpiece. Wraps and other creations are also offered.
Beverages
The Beverage station offers a variety of soft drinks, pure juice, hot drinks and fruit smoothies.
Desserts & Breads
The Desserts & Breads station offers whole loaves of warm, fresh bread and a tempting selection of rolls, muffins, oven-fresh biscuits, cornbread, bagels breakfast pastries, coffee cakes and donuts which are infused into the formats above for the perfect accompaniment. |

Jack's Corner
Located on the second floor of Wertz, Jack's Corner is a great place to meet friends, relax, and enjoy a snack or a meal. Jack's features Freshens Smoothies, made to order burgers, wings, and sandwiches. This is your place for late night get-together's.
You can also purchase snacks, salads, and sodas at Jack's Market. Use your Flex Dollars, cash, or credit card at Jack's Market and Jazzman's Cafe.
