Zero Trans-Fat Oils
Sodexo uses zero trans-fat oil products in all foodservice operations nationwide. Zero Trans-Fat products include salad dressings, sauces, soups, breads, muffins, cereals, pasta, breaded chicken, eggs, tortillas, oils and a range of other items.

Call for Mystery Shoppers
Attention Loyola community!
In order to meet our goal of exceeding your dining expectations, Loyola Dining Services is recruiting a diverse group of Loyola students, faculty and staff to participate in our Mystery Shopper Program.
As a Mystery Shopper, you will shop and evaluate dining locations on campus, help survey the Loyola community on dining customer satisfaction, and participate on the Customer Satisfaction Specialist team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can commit to meeting with the group for approximately one hour a week.
The campus dining locations to be shopped and evaluated include:
- Flambeaux's
- Satchmo's
- Orleans Dining Room
- Smoothie King
- The Market
